Carlos Queiroz, former head coach of the Iranian national football team, has been appointed head coach of Qatar.
On the 7th (Korean time), the먹튀검증 Qatar Football Association officially announced that “Queiroz took the helm as the national team’s command tower.” The contract period is until the 2026 World Cup in North and Central America (co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico).
Queiroz led his country, Portugal, to the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa. In 2014 Brazil, 2018 Russia, and 2022 Qatar World Cup, he experienced the finals as the head coach of the Iranian national team.
He served as the coach of the Iranian national team from 2011 to 2019, then led the Colombian and Egyptian national teams, and took the Iranian coaching staff again last year. However, at the Qatar World Cup, Iran was eliminated from Group B in the group stage with 1 win and 2 losses (3 points). After that, Queiroz resigned from the Iranian command tower.
